Alumina nanoparticles(VK - L07X) can greatlyimprove the tensile strength, heat-resistant, anti-aging and abrasionresistance of rubber.

Experimentsshow that the rubber treated with nano alumina and nano silicon dioxide at thequality ratio of 1:1 has best tensile strength and at the ratio of 3:1 has thebest abrasion resistance and resistance to fatigue performance.

Alumina nanoparticles can make rubber has goodthermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, density and wear resistance.

Alumina nanoparticles can greatly improve theproperties of rubber, such as thermal conductivity and insulation, physical andmechanical properties as well as corrosion resistance because of its highthermal conductivity.

The silicone rubber fill with alumina can be usedfor electronic components heat conduction layer. With the dosage ofalumina increase, the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber will increase andthe thermal expansion coefficient will reduce.
